DONATIONS

We kindly request donors who are contributing to the conference gift bags to consider items that represent and empower women in various fields such as business, health, and wellness. It would be greatly appreciated if all donors could label the items they donate with their company information. Furthermore, we would like to express our gratitude to all sponsors and donors for their generous contributions, and they will be acknowledged in our Welcome pamphlet. We believe that no donation is too small, and for those interested in making monetary donations or in-kind donations, please feel free to contact us for further information.

F3 Women Empowerment is a Section 501(c)(3) charitable organization. All donations are deemed tax-deductible absent any limitations on deductibility applicable to a particular taxpayer. A letter of IRS verification and W9 will be provided as requested. For donors contributing over $250.00 within a calendar year, a summary of all donations will be sent by January of the subsequent year. Should you have any inquiries about your donations or about F3 Friendship Fashion and Freedom Women Empowerment Inc., or if you require a receipt or a summary of your contributions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Become a Ruby Sponsor by making a contribution of $1,000, which will allow your name and company logo to be prominently featured on the "sponsors" page of our website.

In recognition of your generous support, two female representatives from your organization, or a personal family member or friend, will receive complimentary access to our annual conference during the year of your donation.

Emerald Green
$3,000

By contributing $3,000, Emerald Green Sponsors will gain significant visibility within the F3 Women Empowerment initiative.

This sponsorship includes the placement of your logo and a clickable link that will lead visitors directly to your website, along with a major shoutout across all our social media channels. As a gesture of gratitude, three female employees from your organization, or any female family members or friends you designate, will receive complimentary access to our annual conference or any one of our public events held during the calendar year of your donation.

Furthermore, Emerald Sponsors will also be featured in an email campaign distributed to our extensive mailing list, which will showcase your organization's logo alongside a brief description of your company that you provide.

Diamond
$5,000

By opting to become a Diamond sponsor with a generous investment of $5,000, your organization will benefit from consistent recognition on Facebook, along with substantial visibility across a range of other social media channels. This strategic exposure will significantly enhance your brand's reach, allowing you to connect with a broader audience.

As a Diamond sponsor, you will also enjoy exclusive perks, including permanent placement of your logo and a direct link to your company’s website on the F3 Women Empowerment platform. Your logo will be prominently featured on the event page, further amplifying your brand's presence and recognition among both attendees and online visitors.

Additionally, we will promote your business monthly through social media, newsletters, and organizational email communications for one full calendar year.

As a gesture of our gratitude, six female employees from your organization, or alternatively, female family members or friends, will receive complimentary access to our annual conference or one of our hosted events within the year of your sponsorship. This opportunity allows them to engage with valuable insights and become part of the F3 Women Empowerment movement.

Another significant benefit of being a Diamond sponsor is that a representative from your company will have the chance to introduce your brand at a designated time during the one of our event.
